I am a London (UK) based personal trainer. As individuals, we are all unique. I will design you a fully personalised training program to suit your needs and meet your goals.
I will provide you with a one-to-one personalised training programme. My focus will be getting you the results you have set your sights on. I will train, guide, support and pass my knowledge onto you to provide you with the best personal training service that I can.
I will do an initial physical fitness, health and lifestyle assessment. This will take into account your current fitness level, lifestyle, nutrition, potential injuries, limitations, sport specific goals and your line of work.
Depending on your goals and the results you are looking for, I will aim to work on some if not all of the components of fitness: Agility, Balance, Body Composition, Cardiovascular Endurance, Coordination, Flexibility, Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Power, Reaction Time and Speed.
