My obsession for training started when I was 15 years old. At age 11, I was involved in a road traffic accident, where I suffered a double open fracture and permanent loss of soft tissue in my right ankle, where i nearly lost my right foot. I was air lifted to the Royal London Hospital where I Undergo 11 operations. I spent a lot of time in and out of outpatients with infections and complications due to an external metal fixation and open wounds. I had to undergo physiotherapy and rehabilitation to regain strength and learn to walk again. Due to the severity of the accident it consequently left me with damaging psychological effects and a severe limp.
My initial motivation for training was to train myself to walk properly again and regain my strength. From the moment I saw progression, I became addicted to the results and have been training to become the best version of myself ever since.
The human body is an amazing machine and its something i do not take for granted. I strive to take my physical and mental limits of what the human body can achieve to its full genetic potential.
My training methods and programs go above and beyond of what is normally subscribed.
I believe in functional training methods, holistic methods of pain management, and a natural whole foods approach to nutrition.
